  • This kit allows you to replace the fragile stock Vitara CV’s with much stronger Toyota Hilux Surf / 4Runner CV’s for a bulletproof CV setup.

    Fitting this kit requires you already have a stubby shaft conversion on the right hand side axle shaft, and if you haven’t already, you will also need to do the “Hagen widening mod” to create room for the slightly longer CV assembly.

    Kit includes:

    2x CV adaptors
    2x Free-wheeling hub adaptors
    2x Brass CV bushes
    2x CV bush seals
    2x CV stub spacers
    All required fasteners
    Fitting Instructions

    Pre-requisites to install the kit:

    Stubby shaft mod on right hand side CV
    Hagen widening mod

    Other parts required:

    Toyota Hilux Surf / 4Runner CV shafts
    Toyota Hilux Surf / 4Runner free-wheeling hubs
